Does Little One Rocks charge tax?

We only charge tax on our products if you're ordering from California. No tax applied to other states within the USA. For international orders, keep in mind that you are responsible for any import tax or customs charge for international orders where you are receiving the product.

Where are the products shipped from?
Our products are shipped from either from USA or from overseas. Our products are curated from different manufacturers to ensure that we provide the best quality products for our customers.

How long does shipping take?
We ship to USA and 55 international destinations.Tracking numbers are provided on all orders.

As products are shipped from various locations, it normally takes7-15business days for items to arrive. Most of the time it arrives quicker, but please be advised that Little One Rocks does not control of the shipping process.

Correct Address Information
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that all the information you enter into your shipping placement is correct, especially your address and your email. We are not responsible for mistakes made on your part. We are also not responsible for stolen or missing packages once they are delivered.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Little One Rocks is not responsible for any lost, stolen, held, or undelivered packages. Once the package is forwarded to the shipping company, delivery is out of our control. Furthermore, we are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info provided by customer.

I ordered multiple items but they didn't arrive at the same time?
If you order multiple products, products may come in multiple shipments. Rest assured that your items are on the way.

How long does it take to process my order?
Because of the global Covid-19 pandemic, processing orders now takes about 5-7 days.

1. Can I return my product?

Yes, of course! If for any reasons you are not happy about your order, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase and you have not initiated a return with us, unfortunately we can't offer you returns. Custom order products i.e custom animal stamps are NONREFUNDABLE.

2. What is the return process?

To initiate a refund, email us at sales@littleonerocks.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
We do not accept returns without first contacting us for a return ticket. Please do not send in your items without a return ticket.

3. Return Conditions

Items must be in their unused condition. We will not accept used items, warn, damaged, washed or altered.
We will not accept returned items that were sent directly to us without reaching out to us first for a return ticket.
We do not accept returns or exchange on items that are on clearance and final sale. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
